SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: March 1, 2011.
Models Power is committed to processing and shipping orders promptly and accurately. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing timelines, delivery estimates, and customer responsibilities.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within forty-eight (48) business hours after receipt of cleared payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
If you have special shipping instructions, they must be included in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. Due to high email volume, we cannot guarantee that separate emails requesting shipping changes will be matched to your order before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Models Power is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
United States Shipping (Lower 48 States)
Standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes between one (1) and seven (7) business days depending on destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time and additional shipping charges.
Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are not guaranteed by Models Power.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS or other available international carriers.
USPS Priority Mail International typically delivers within one (1) to two (2) weeks.
USPS First-Class Mail International typically delivers within three (3) to six (6) weeks and in some cases may take up to eight (8) weeks or longer depending on destination country and customs processing.
Delivery estimates for international shipments are not guaranteed. Once a shipment leaves the United States, tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination country’s postal system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
Models Power has no control over customs inspections, border delays, or additional charges applied by foreign governments. If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay customs charges or failure to comply with import regulations, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any associated costs.
Carrier Responsibility and Delays
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. Models Power is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, labor disputes, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment appears delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If additional assistance is required, you may contact us at modelspower@yahoo.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Models Power is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure addresses and may request signature confirmation where available.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
